Striped Bass Recipe

*Dry Mix: 1 Box Jiffy Corn Meal Mix
1 ½ cup flour
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 tsp garlic salt
4 tsp seasoned salt
 2 tsp paprika
 3 tsp onion salt
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Mix dry mix with water until it runs off a fork.
Cut fish in strips about 1/2 inch wide.
Dip fish strips in batter to coat.
Drop in very hot oil.  Cooks rather fast. 
When fish floats remove in 15 seconds.
Cooking too long will make the fish tough.
Drain on paper towels.  Makes a great appetizer.
*Dry Mix (before mixing with water) can be saved 
in a jar or plastic bag to be used another time.
